The 30 mm diameter is larger than the 27 mm of its hard metal version but it embodies a modern aesthetic in watchmaking. Rados moving anchor symbol enshrined against a red background connects the new timepiece to the DiaStar One launched in 1962 but at the same time its also future proof and ready for the challenges ahead. The bezel in Ceramos is both a testament to lightness and scratch resistance a feature further enhanced by the sapphire crystal glass that covers the dial. The latter features a blue sunray with a sandblasted star pattern along with 11 crystal stones and day and date at six oclock. The watch has 10 bar 100 m water resistance.
