Our Servicing Methodology

Evaluation and Estimation

An evaluation report is prepared on the working of the watch, based on which you will receive an estimate for approval before commencing work.

Deconstructing the timepiece

The complete movement and other outer components are disassembled that can run up to hundreds of fine components

Ultrasonic Cleaning

The dismantled watch is placed into an ultrasonic cleaning tank, giving your watch that spa-like scrub down.

Replacing Parts

Every component of the watch, like the glass, bezel, bracelet/leather are inspected for any damage and if required are replaced with new ones. All spare parts are obtained by the respective brands.

Polishing

The case and bracelet are polished until they look as good as new. Our experts are trained to precisely maintain the typical surfaces of each brand and model.

Reconstruction & Movement Testing

The technician then begins the reassembly process of the timepiece while testing its movement for accuracy and functionality.

Casing and Water Pressure Testing

A machine is used to waterproof test the watch with a specified depth of each particular model.

Winder Test

This is the final test performed on the watch after complete reassembly. The winder winds the watch’s mainspring to examine the power reserve of the watch. This takes 7 days in order to certify proper functioning of the timepiece.
