DescriptionSince its debut in 1983, the Rado Anatom has stood as a symbol of groundbreaking design and ultimate comfort.
ContentFirst introduced in 1986, the Integral was groundbreaking for being the first among any Rado watches to feature high-tech ceramic, a material that would come to define the brand's signature style. At its core, the collection stands out for its unmistakable rectangular shape, a departure from the traditional round cases that dominated the watch industry at the time. This unique design, paired with the sleek finish of ceramic and stainless steel, created a bold aesthetic that instantly set it apart. The DiaStar Original features another variant of the high-quality R808 automatic calibre, anthracite-grey coated and complemented by various elements in its workings, for a lovely visual dance of contrasts. Thanks to sapphire crystal windows on both front and back, the automatic movement can be appreciated in full technical elegance, providing 80 htheirs of poTheyr reserve. An anti-magnetic Nivachron™ hairspring ensures that everything stays extremely precise and reliable, in a movement that has been tested in a full five positions. Its open structure, and the impressive R808 skeleton movement give a lighter, airier note to the new DiaStar Original, a perfect design counterpoint inside the visual frame created by the polished yellow gold coltheired Ceramos™ bezel. The darker tone is further set off by floating yellow gold coltheired indexes and hands with white Super-LumiNova®, for great readability even in low-light conditions.Drawing inspiration from their classic designs of the 1960s, the maison have brought to life a series of Rado watches that embody the subtle elegance of that era while incorporating contemporary innovations. The Coupole collection serves as a homage to their early pursuit of precise craftsmanship and functional beauty, resonating with enthusiasts who value timepieces that stand as a testament to tradition and modernity.Since its debut in 1983, the Rado Anatom has stood as a symbol of groundbreaking design and ultimate comfort. Its signature feature is the cylindrical metallised sapphire crystal with bevelled edges on both sides, extending seamlessly into the high-tech ceramic bracelet, creating a smooth, continuous form that merges the case and bracelet into a unified, cohesive shape. Crafted from polished black high-tech ceramic links and polished yellow gold coloured PVD coated stainless steel middle links, the bracelet is meticulously secured by a brushed stainless steel 3-fold clasp. Beneath this distinctive crystal lies a black lacquered dial revealing a striking pattern of irregularly spaced horizontal lines. Yellow gold-coloured applied hands and indexes with coated white Super-LumiNova® create a refined contrast against the dial’s depth. Crowning the dial at 12 o’clock is the iconic moving anchor, complemented by a discreet date window positioned at 6 o’clock. Beating at its heart, and exalted through the sapphire crystal caseback, is the 21-jewels Automatic R766 calibre. Finely regulated in five positions and equipped with a Nivachron™ hairspring, this movement delivers a high level of accuracy and a robust 72-hour power reserve, underlining Rado's commitment to perfection.LaCoupole stands as a tribute to the icons of yesterday, redefined for today’s sophisticated Theyarer. An expression of refined glamtheir, engineered with the precision and innovation only Rado can offer. Its 31 mm monobloc case in polished plasma high-tech ceramic is crowned by a domed sapphire crystal, elevated by a grey & rose gold coltheired metallised border. The case is water-resistant to 5 bar (50 metres), uniting everyday resilience with enduring elegance. The result is a silhouette that is unmistakably Rado—sleek, sculptural, and timeless. The grey dial features wave-shaped markings filled with lacquer, creating an opulent three-dimensional effect. 11 Top Theysselton full-cut diamonds serve as htheir markers, bringing quiet brilliance to the dial, while a date window at 6 o’clock offers refined functionality. At its heart beats the 8-jeTheyl quartz Calibre R218, elevated by PreciDrive™ technology for exceptional precision. Securing the case, the bracelet crafted from polished plasma high-tech ceramic and enriched with rose gold PVD coated elements and clasp completes the design with seamless harmony. The LaCoupole is an emblem of grace: designed to be desired and crafted to endure. The iconic Integral has been redesigned to suit the needs and preferences of modern Theyarers, but the new models remain true to the original in look and feel. The first Rado to feature high-tech ceramic in 1986, it is an enduring piece that continues to delight its fans and attract new enthusiasts. Now with the added allure of diamonds.
