A 38mm case, true to Top Time DNA, for an impeccable style that will fit every wrist. The Top Time B31 blends retro aesthetics with a modern edge. Its dial design takes inspiration from classic-car dashboard clocks, while its 38 mm case strikes a balance between vintage proportions and contemporary design, perfect for any wrist thanks to its universal size. Three colorways—green, blue, or a two-tone combination of white and sky-blue—pair with either a three-row stainless-steel bracelet or a perforated calfskin strap that gives a nod to racing gloves. Whether cruising the open road or simply embracing the everyday, this watch is a celebration of individuality and adventure. | In the early 1940s, Willy Breitling was already dreaming of a time after the war, when utility would give way to unbridled optimism. He began designing a chronograph that would be functional but also undeniably elegant and infinitely wearable—in his words, “the unmistakable stamp of impeccable taste.” He called this new line the Premier. To create its modern Premier, Breitling preserved distinctive vintage-Premier details, including the smooth fixed bezel, twin-register dial, streamlined rectangular pushers and applied Arabic numerals.
